7 Eleven's Hotdog Sandwich

Lagi kaming gutom na magkapatid!
We gave ourselves a treat! Food tripper kami ni Nicole --younger sister. We had a meal at 7Eleven, hotdog sandwich and big gulp (root beer).

Nicole&Me on our hotdog sandwich.
Here's mine.
We both ordered spicy hotdogs. We both love maaanghang e. :)
What I love about hotdog meals is that, they are abot-kaya and super nakakabusog. To the point na hindi ka na mag-fufull meal. I swear!

Chef d Angelo's Eat All You Can

My block mate shared a news about Eat-all-you-can restos specifically, Chef D Angelo. (Mahilig sa food trip yung section namin!) Since, we're still a student, we are usually broke and always on budget. So, my block mate shared that the EAYC will cost us 150 pesos. Yes, 150 pesos.
With that, my friends immediately settled a plan to avail their EAYC.

Eat All You Can at P150/ head covers the following products on buffet: Pasta with Pomodoro Sauce and Cream Sauce / Hawaiian Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza & Four Cheese Pizza plus Soup and Salad bar....Schedule: Monday to Friday timeslot: 11am to 2pm & 5pm to 8pm / Saturday & Sunday : 2pm to 5pm...

Sorry, but I am not a fan of their EAYC pasta. I was not satisfied with the taste. Well, sabi rin ng mga friends ko. Since I love salad, I just ate salad and their pizza.

*I had their EAYC for one time and didn't came back.

Xtremely Xpresso x Me

05272011

Tito Ric has became galante that time and took us to Xtremely Xpresso in Clark, Pampanga! As what I've said from my previous blog, my number 1 choice when it comes to pizza is the XTREMELY XPRESSO. So far, nothing beats them! :-bd
Xtremely Xpresso's menu.

Did you know that Xtremely Xpresso used their menu also as a place mat? Yes, you've heard it right! When you're about to take our sit, the menu was there already! How brave was that! Cheers for the person who initiate to do that. :>
We ordered of course, our personal favorite, Big Ben and various frappes.
Shockwave and oh sorry I forgot the name of the other frappe. :(

I chose to drink Shockwave Frappe. It's my favourite na.

My Shockwave.

Raspberry Avalanche.
I also tried this frappe. It has a "kick" compared to the other frappes.

If my memory serves me right, this is Coffee Cradle.

My first slice!
The slice of pizza doesn't fits their plate. Hahaha. It was so big. We ordered nga pala their biggest size of pizza, that's why.
Other flavor of pizza. I believe it was pure cheese but I can't remember the name. :(
ME! Waiting for my turn to get a slice of Big Ben. Excited much!
Foods are cheap and great! Masarap na, super busog ka pa! Employees are so approachable and the ambiance is so good. I hope they will have their branch here in Manila soon so that hindi ko nami-miss kumain sa Xtremely Xpresso. I promise to go back there as soon as sem break starts!

Visit Xtremely Xpresso's Facebook account for the good reviews and their Official site to know more about them.

SnR's New York Style Pizza

05252011

Pay day again! Daddy brought us pizza from SnR. My family enjoys eating pizza. Swear! It was my first time to eat pizza from SnR. What I knew was, SnR it just a members-only grocery store. Sorry kinda noob. =))

Smells and tastes so great! Thumbs up for that. As you can see it was loaded with different toppings. On the right side of the box, you can see a plastic, it has different dips which you can choose to partner it with your pizza! My dad also bought us churros.

My first slice! :-bd
I love the taste. So yummy and at the same time, it pacified my hunger! ;) You can actually try their different variants of pizza and churros. I bet, you will love it too. :) View it HERE!

Our very own Focaccia Bread

05262011

My family loves eating bread. Srsly. That distinct smell which breads can give, it is so addictive! It's like heaven when we're smelling it. Nakaka-akit talaga. :P Hahaha. So Nicole, my sister, and I tried to bake a focaccia bread. It is an alternative for garlic bread. We chose to bake it than garlic bread because we want to taste something new.

Nicole, who was putting some basil leaves as a topping. It adds flavour and at the same time, aroma. I am sorry 'cause I didn't put  preparation photos here. Na excite kasi ako while we were making the focaccia! =))) You can google naman the recipe. :)
Minced Basil Leaves.

Ready for baking!

Hahaha. Sorry it was burned. It was our first time anyway and this was the first batch!

Second batch of bread. So delicious!

Why not explore new food? Na-enjoy mo na ang food, nakapag-bonding ka pa with your sister! ;) I recommend you to try your very own focaccia. It was easy to bake! You can share it with others pa.

Bread Time's Blueberry Cheesecake

05192011

Daddy surprised us with his pasalubong. It was a Blueberry Cheesecake from Bread Time. Yes I know, you're not that familiar with Bread Time. Sad to say, their store is located in Subic, Zambales. I don't know if they have the plan to branch out.

Dad bought us 2 slices of it. Slice of cake may cost 40-60 pesos. Cheap right? Yes! But I swear to you, the taste is so satisfying. Can surely satisfy your cravings! Aside from this blueberry cheesecake, I also love their black forest cake. It was so good! Nom nom! ;) So next time you go to Subic, do not forget to visit Bread Time.

Taco Day!

May 14,2011
Family Day again. My mom decided to cook us Tacos for snacks. Of course, I would love to! It's been to long since the last time I ate tacos made by my Mom. :)

I am sorry if it looks like messy. I was just so excited to eat it! Srsly! Honestly, I forgot to took a photo of it at first. Hahaha. Buti na lang bigla kong naisip. Taco shell (which can be bought in supermarkets), ground beef, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, taco mix(McCormick) and of course, a cup of love--from my Mom. Hahaha. Joke. Tastes yummy! ;) We omitted to put salsa because it's not available. But you can have it if you want. Make your own dressing for tacos.

Starbucks Happy Hour 2011

May 5,2011
Had a "date" with a good friend of mine in SM City Pampanga. Went to bought dresses, also for us to unwind. Common, it's summer. 2 months in a row just staying in our house? Ohgahhd, where's my social life? Haha. Kidding. Anyhoo, I luckily found out that Starbucks were having their Happy Hour 2011.

We availed it! Hahaha. Well, it was really a great steal. ;) I don't usually buy coffees in Starbucks. Yea, usually broke. I can't allot that much from my allowance just to buy frappe from Starbucks. Student kasi. Wag ka nga. Hehe.

I ordered a venti coffee jelly. Hahaha. Sinamantala talaga. Nah! I'm just giving myself a treat. ;) Oh! Definitely tastes good. I named myself as "VOLDEMORT." Trip lang. Oryt, walang basagan ng trip. :P I remember pa nga, there was this customer who named himself as MAALINDOG. I can't avoid to laugh when he was called by the barista. =))

3M's Pizza Pie and a Cup of Coffee

051111

Breakfast! I was so hungry that time because I didn't ate dinner the night before that day. Last 051011, since it was payday, my Dad bought us a Hawaiian pizza from 3M. He got lazy to buy a pizza at Xtremely Xpresso so he just arrived buying in 3M's.

Okay. I'm not satisfied with the taste. Yea, it will be better if you're going to buy in Lotsa Pizza. It was salty and the crust was hard to bite. It will be compared to pizza which you can buy along the streets which costs 10 pesos. Sorry. It was my first time to eat a pizza from 3M's though. Oh, and the coffee? I made it on my own. Hahaha. :P

Champorado

050911

Last Monday, I asked my Mom to cook Champorado for us. Aside from I'm craving for it, Monday was a rainy day. So I think, the champorado complimented the weather. We used Milo for the chocolate.

Sorry Mom, but it doesn't satisfy my craving. Haha. Maybe, konti lang kasi yung kinain ko or more focused ako sa pinapanuod naming movie, 3 Idiots.
A photo of me with a bowl of champorado. :) Pasingit lang. Hihi.

Bituka Chicharon

042211

We were watching nagpipinetensya along the Burgos Street when I saw the Mamang Naglalako selling bituka. Oh, we called it as bituka kasi para syang intestine. Haha. But my Mom told me that it was really a chicharon. Okay, whatever.

Have you tasted it? Best paired with suka with sili and garlic. :) Bought this for 10 pesos. It really tastes yummy even though it was considered as Street foods.

Piknik Shoestring Honey Mustard

042211

Okay, G! gave me this. I requested him to buy me one since I am craving for it. Haha. Ang sweet nya no? Anyway, don't ask more about G!. He is someone special. 'Nuff said. :P
I don't like its taste. Though merong kick pag kinain mo. Maybe because of mustard. I prefer pa rin the original flavor.

Beef Bulgogi

051211

Tito Ric brought a beef pieces in our house and we decided to have a family dinner with the Salvador Clan. My Mom decided to cook Beef Bulgogi, a Korean Dish, on her own version. Hihi.

My Mom cooked it on a sizzling plate. It tastes yummy! The beef was tendered and the spices complimented with the beef. :) Oh well, my Mom really cooks very well.

Xtremely Xpresso Big Ben Pizza & Cinnamon Rolls

040311

My family planned to go to Subic and had their dinner. Too bad, I didn't joined them because I have to do more important thing than that. :P Anyway, they brought a pasalubong naman for me and for my Lolo.

4 slices of Big Ben ang pasalubong nila. K. Nabusog ako ng sobra. =))) I think, Big Ben is the cafe's best seller pizza. I highly recommend Xtremely Xpresso than Yellow Cab, Sbarro, Shakey's and Pizza Hut. My apology for those people who were a fan of the said pizza chains.

Another pasalubong they brought was these Cinnamon Roll, bought also in Xtremely Xpresso. Tastes so so so delicious! A piece of it was meant for sharing for only 50 pesos. Sulit na sulit!

Xtremely Xpresso is located at Subic (sorry I'm really not familiar with the address pero alam ko sa Subic yon!) and SM Clark in Pampanga. :) I hope you can visit one of their cafe's and have a taste of their best-sellers. ENJOY!

Kimy Crazy Banana

April 3,2011

I was on my friend's house on the afternoon. We're making stories and blabbing on how's our life going on until I heard the music from the Nestle Ice Cream's cart. Familiar with that music? Haha. I asked him to buy me an ice cream and he bought me an Kimy Crazy Banana. He bought 2. One for me and one for him. ^^
It was so hard to eat! You can't eat it if the grape-jelly (the one you are to peel and make it look like banana) is frozen!
When it is frozen and you have a sensitive buck teeth, it will be a hard thing for you to peel it. You may wait for a moment before you peel it. But, it will become slimy and messy to eat. I was not satisfied with the taste.

Felt disappointed as I ate this ice cream. I thought it was easy to eat as what I saw in the commercial.
I recommend you to buy a Cornetto or a Selecta Ice cream sticks than this. My friend bought this for 18 Pesos.

Indian Mangoes & Bagoong (Barrio Fiesta)

March 31,2011

It was just a couple of days after we arrived in Bataan. I craved for foods which I didn't ate when I was in Mandaluyong--kinda busy and mostly, LAZY. Hahaha. So here, I requested my Mom to buy me indian mangoes since we have a bagoong stocked in our house.

I super love the tandem of bagoong and mangoes. Who doesn't? Found it yummy? Go and buy yours. :) Thumbs up for the bagoong(shrimp paste) from Barrio Fiesta. You can buy it on grocery stores.

Just started my blog. It's my first time. Contents will be about foods. It may be from what I ate or cooked or baked. I'll also be allowing my Mom to create a post here. :D
